Batpor Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Batpor ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the batpor website, mobile browser platform, games, promotions and any related services.

By registering an account on batpor, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any provision, you must not use the platform.

Batpor reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. If changes are material, batpor will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use a batpor account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Batpor does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company, syndicate or any other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other information requested.
• You may hold only one active account on batpor at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.
• You must not register if you have previously been self-excluded from batpor or if a prior account was closed for a breach of these Terms.

Batpor may, at its discretion, require identity verification at any point — including before processing a withdrawal. Verification may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batpor account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Batpor recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication where available. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility, including activity that occurs if your credentials have been shared or compromised as a result of your own actions or negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact batpor's support team immediately. Batpor will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification being received.

• Do not use public computers or shared devices to access your batpor account.
• Do not save your password in shared browsers or allow auto-fill on devices you don't personally own.
• Log out fully after every session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Contact batpor support immediately at support@batpor.bet if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Batpor accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances, though batpor may apply temporary limits during verification.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. You cannot withdraw to a payment method you did not use to deposit. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact batpor support for guidance before requesting a withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Same day in most cases, within 24 hours maximum.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 24 hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–3 banking days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Batpor may request supporting documents before releasing funds. Large withdrawals, or withdrawals flagged during routine checks, may take additional time. Batpor will not hold funds without good reason and will communicate any delay promptly.

Batpor offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that bonus only.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide at batpor:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotional page. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games contribute at a lower rate (usually 10%–20%). Virtual sports bets may contribute at a stated rate. The contribution rate for each game category is published alongside the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus expires or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry date is displayed in your batpor account bonus section.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet or spin is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets above this limit placed with an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts will result in account closure.

Batpor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses credited in error will be removed from the affected account. The outcome of a bet placed with erroneously credited bonus funds will also be voided if the error is identified after settlement.

All games available on batpor use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by professional dealers. The results of all games are independent and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform or any third party.

Bets placed on batpor are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error during a game round that prevents its completion, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before you confirm a bet.
• Maximum bet amounts are set per game and per account, and may be adjusted based on activity or verification status.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will resume from the last confirmed state when you reconnect, or will be voided and the stake returned if the state cannot be recovered.
• Batpor published RTP (return to player) percentages are verified by independent auditors and accurately reflect the long-term statistical return of each game.

For virtual sports, all events are generated by certified RNG. Each event is fully independent of previous results. No pattern analysis, previous results or external information has any bearing on virtual sports outcomes on batpor.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on batpor. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on batpor.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to use your batpor account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm or other method to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions in games to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected game error must be reported to batpor support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any format that involves other players.
• Using the batpor platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or extract any content, data or software from the batpor platform.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate batpor transactions.

Batpor is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous play time. You will be notified as the limit approaches and logged out when it is reached.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given time period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily exclude your account for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year. Permanent exclusion is also available. During self-exclusion your account is fully blocked and no access, deposits or bonuses are permitted.
• Reality checks: Enable timed reminders that display how long you have been playing in your current session.

Batpor reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request to do so from a regulatory or law enforcement body.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, batpor will communicate this to the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution. If a suspension is lifted following investigation, any funds legitimately held in the account will be released.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, batpor reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, void outstanding bets and reclaim any promotional bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited activity. Players who believe a closure decision is incorrect may submit a formal complaint using the process described in Section 13.

All content on the batpor platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, software, trademarks and promotional materials — is the property of batpor or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use any content from the batpor platform without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batpor platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

Batpor provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batpor excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business or indirect loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions or errors that are outside batpor's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, device failures or third-party payment network outages.
• Any losses arising from your decision to participate in any game or promotional offer on batpor.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which batpor holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through batpor's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
